The theme was weight loss on last nights programme (5th June) but they also touched on probiotics. The test found that full fat yogurt was the best probiotic to get past stomach acid. Sauerkraut was the worst. They did not however test probiotics in supplement form. If you take probiotics, ensure that it is last thing at night and in a powdered form with water.
